super green smoothie {gf,v}

 

OK, ready for the most delicious green smoothie ever? This is it friends. I'm in love with this recipe. It's the perfect amount of green + sweet and it's packed with tons of vitamins & minerals. I'm always trying to sneak greens into my smoothies but they end up tasting too greeny. This combo of fruits & spinach is where it's at. We've got orange juice {vitamin C}, spinach {vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate}, banana {potassium, vitamin B6}, pineapple {vitamin C, bromelian, copper}, & peaches {vitamin A, vitamin C}. 

This was so SOOO good...and even filling enough for lunch. Gotta love a delicious AND filling smoothie. Super delish. Super filling. Super good for you.

{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1 cup orange juice
*1 cup packed fresh spinach
*1 banana
*1 cup frozen pineapple
*1/2 cup frozen peaches

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1. Place the oj and spinach in the blender on low until spinach is well blended.
2. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Serves 1
