{no bake} brownie batter sno balls {gf,v}

hello. hello. How are we today? We had a lovely 3-day weekend. A little antiquing and bebopping around town. Lots of late night movie watching. And plenty of quality time in the kitchen (my fave).

These little gems are muy delicioso and super simple. You can have these puppies made in 10 minutes flat. (faster if you're a quick mixer/roller) They taste like rich, chocolaty brownie batter, but without the bake time. I love easy, no bake recipes. Because, let's be honest, when we want a treat, we want it NOW.
Not in 40 minutes.

Super crazy fast technology has ruined us.

Or maybe it has inspired us.
If I didn't want dessert RIGHT NOW, I wouldn't have come up with this little recipe.

OK, technology, you can stay.
