the rosy mimosa


It's been a while since I've posted a "thirsty thursday" post. This is a great one to get back into the groove with. This is ridiculously easy, you don't even need a drink shaker, and it's the perfect combo of tart + sweet. I love mimosas, and this version is a nice twist on the classic. With it's lovely rosy color, it would be the perfect addition to a holiday brunch. And cherry juice is super healthy...it reduces inflammation and is packed with antioxidants. Even more reason to drink up!

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1 cup champagne
*3/4 cup grapefruit juice
*2 tbsp cherry juice

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.Add champagne to glass and top off with juices.

Serves 2 (or one thirsty person)
