pumpkin pie smoothie {gf,v}


Happy thirsty thursday! We've got a fun and easy seasonal drink for you all today. It tastes like pumpkin pie only waaaaaaaay healthier. (and colder) I put a glass of this pumpkin pie smoothie in the freezer for a bit and scooped it onto homemade gingersnaps {gingersnap recipe here}. It made for a tasty little treat. Perfect for this time of year...when I'm wishing fall was here, but it's still 85 degrees. 
I know. I'll be wishing for this weather again come January. But for now...bring me fall! The heart wants what the heart wants. And this heart wants lots of pumpkin and cooler temps. the end.

pumpkin pie smoothie
{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1/2 cup canned pumpkin
*1/4 cup vanilla coconut milk
*1/2 tsp cinnamon
*1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
*1/3 frozen banana
*1 tbsp agave
*2 ice cubes

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.Place all items in the blender until smooth.
2.Garnish with pumpkin pie spice and serve.
