(no bake) banana bread bites {gf,v}


These healthy little morsels are super easy and super delicious. If you're craving banana bread but are in a hurry, these are great to have in your recipe arsenal. There's no baking or messing with flour.
No muss. No fuss. Just 5 ingredients. Gluten free. Vegan. Delish. 'nuff said.

banana bread bites
{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1 cup almonds, chopped
*7 pitted dates, chopped
*1/2 banana, sliced
*1/2 tsp vanilla
*1/2 tsp cinnamon

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.Place the almonds and dates in a food processor and blend until mixture begins to get sticky.
2.Add in the rest of the ingredients until well blended.
3.Roll into balls.
4.Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.

Makes 10 bites.
