peach sorbet {gf,v}

Happy Tuesday! It's day number 2 without rain. wooo-hooo. Just steamy sunniness. The perfect weather for a cool treat. This little recipe is absolutely delicious. The texture is icy sno-cone. The taste is pure Summertime. sweet. tangy. and uber healthy. With only 3 ingredients, it's easy to make and tastes simply peachy. (you know I can't pass up a good pun)

peach sorbet
(gluten free, vegan}

*4-5 ripe peaches
*2 tbsp raw honey
*1 tsp lemon juice

1.Place the honey on low heat.
2.Puree the peaches and add to honey.
3.Add lemon juice to mixture.
4.Pour into container and cool in fridge.
5.Transfer to freezer overnight.
6.Let mixture soften a bit before serving.
