double berry pops {gf,v}




Happy fourth of July! I hope you're all enjoying your BBQs and fireworks. It's been suuuper rainy in these parts. Hopefully mother nature will ease up long enough to let us throw some burgers on the grill. We've got a quick and easy, frosty treat for you all. Healthier (and delicious-er) than any sugary popsicles from the store. Throw some berries, pom juice, and honey into popsicle molds and freeze. Easy peasy. For a happy fourth: grab a sparkler in one hand, popsicle in the other, and don't confuse the two. Enjoy your day!

double berry pops
{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1 cup pomegranate juice
*1 cup chopped strawberries
*1/2 cups blueberries
*2 tbsp honey

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.In a bowl add the juice, strawberries and honey and muddle together.
2.Add juice mixture to popsicle molds.
3.Add in blueberries. (you can mash the blueberries or leave them whole)
4.Freeze.

Makes 4 pops
