peanut butter & chocolate popsicles {gf,v}


You really can't go wrong with a dessert that consists of peanut butter & chocolate...but let's up the ante a bit and make it gluten/dairy/refined sugar free and vegan, mmm-kay? Oh, and under 100 calories. aaaaaand super refreshing and delicious. These are really good. super good. Little fudgy, peanut buttery chunks of heaven. Nothing says "summer" quite like popsicles. Hellllooooo summer!

peanut butter & chocolate popsicles
{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1-1/2 cups almond milk
*1-1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
*1-1/2 tbsp agave
*2 tbsp peanut butter

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
2.Stir until cocoa dissolves. 
3.Let cool a few minutes before pouring into popsicle molds or small tupperwares. (You can use fancy popsicle molds with built in sticks, or poke holes in muffin liners and place dowels or popsicle sticks through the hole before setting the liners on top of each popsicle.)
4.Stick the pops in the freezer overnight.
5.Run molds under warm water to release.

Makes 4 popsicles
