lemon raspberry slushy {gf,v}

Steamy, summer days have met their match. The lemon raspberry slushy. It's super tart, super refreshing, and packed full of super healthy antioxidants. I like extra tart...but if you're leery of a little lemon induced puckering, start with just one or two tablespoons of lemon juice and add a tad more stevia. If you don't have stevia, honey or agave works too. (and so does vodka...then you don't care how sweet it is.) Enjoy!


lemon raspberry slushy
{gluten free, vegan}

*3 Tbsp lemon juice
*1 cup frozen raspberries
*3/4 cup water
*2-1/2 tsp stevia (or more to taste)
*8 ice cubes

1. Add lemon juice, water, and stevia to blender and mix.
2. Add the raspberries and ice and blend on medium/high until fully blended.
3.Serve immediately.

Serves 2
