double chocolate cherry brownies {gf}

I'm normally not a huge fan of the chocolate + cherry combo. I think because when mentioned in the same sentence, chocolate & cherries conjure up images of slimy, mushy cherries in cheap, stale, chocolaty, cordial blobs. blech. But after trying these, you can consider me a chocolate & cherry super fan. These are dense, rich and perfectly sweet. And the best part: the cherries are fresh. No sliminess here. or gluten. or refined sugar. Just gooey brownies...with a bowl full of cherries.
