mango berry smoothie {gf,v}


After a week of being on the road (read: lots of eating, drinking, and all around indulging), I wanted a light, healthy snack full of antioxidants and nutrients. So I whipped up this little beauty (I say that with a bit of sarcasm...I do realize it's a weird brown/beige color...don't let that deter you.) and down the hatch it went. It's perfect for a snack, but if you're wanting a little more protein/calories, just throw in some almond butter. easy peasy.

mango berry smoothie
{gluten free, vegan}

{{{INGREDIENTS}}}
*1 cup almond milk
*1/2 cup spinach
*1/2 frozen banana
*1/2 cup frozen raspberries
*1 cup frozen cubed mango
*2 tbsp shredded coconut

{{{DIRECTIONS}}}
1.Place the almond milk and spinach in blender on medium.
2.Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3.Serve immediately.

Serves 1
