dairy free grasshopper

 Happy thirsty Thursday!
In honor of Saint Paddy's day, we've got the deliciously minty, classic grasshopper...but with no dairy. Just swap out the cream with coconut ice cream & coconut milk. Super easy and super delish.
Dairy free grasshopper
*1 shot creme de mint
*1 shot creme de cocoa
*1/2 cup coconut ice cream
*2 shots coconut milk
*6 ice cubes
*cocoa + sugar for rimming

1.Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2.Dip the rim of the glass in the ice cream and then coat with cocoa & sugar mixture.
Serves 1-2
