It's beginning to look rather ominous outside. It was sunny and 70 degrees only moments ago, but it's quickly turning cloudy, cool air is moving in, and the winds are picking up. It's the perfect recipe for the perfect storm. I happen to think storm skies are quite beautiful. There's a sense of calmness before the impending storm arrives, like the sky is pausing before it's enormous exhale. The dark clouds create a beautiful contrast against the yellowing skies. When the sky finally exhales, a steady rustling sound arises among the trees, bushes, and tall grasses...
But then there's the pesky possibility of your roof blowing off.
(way to ruin the moment storm!)
Here's to hoping we don't have any "Auntie Em!" moments!
