Just a few shots from around the house. My parents gave us a gift card to CB2 for Christmas and we promptly replaced our torn rug in the living room. Thanks Mom & Dad. Money well spent. I love the new rug.

Arik made these AMAZING frames from old wood from a shipping crate. We stained wood to mount the plexi-glass (old scraps from his work) on to and there you go...an awesome, rustic frame that looks great on our mantle. We saw almost the exact same frame in a store downtown for $60! We spent exactly $0.
Adorable succulents from store in Des Moines. I'm obsessed with succulents right now and these were too cute to pass up.

I rescued (maybe stole) this branch from someones front lawn. In my defense, it had been on the ground for a while. I mean I probably did them a favor, right??? I thought hanging these glass globes filled with little air plants would look great. I love it.
